Years ago, a colossal meteorite struck the Rendel desert, poisoning the land and killing all nearby life. King Roland of Rendel dispatched a team of royal alchemists, led by the renowned Horen, to investigate the fallen meteorite. The alchemists established a camp called Theoran and dedicated over a year to studying the meteorite's secrets. While its origin remained unknown, they discovered a unique property: the meteorite could alter the nature of objects through chemical reactions. Kingdom of Rendel Horen and others dubbed the meteorite the "Philosopher's Stone" due to this extraordinary ability. Using its power, Horen created Velaxium, the world's strongest metal, impressing King Roland. The king declared the meteorite the Prime Stone, a divine gift holding the secrets of creation, and ordered the alchemists to develop new weapons based on its power. With these new weapons, Rendel's forces defeated the encroaching Volo tribe, restoring peace to the kingdom. However, a dark shadow loomed over Rendel as the meteorite's true nature revealed itself.
